The African Enshin Karate organisation hosted its annual interclub tournament on 24 September 2023 at the John Ramsay High School in Cape Town, South Africa. Karateka from all parts of South Africa gathered to showcase the fruits of the training in Kata (forms) and Kumite (full-contact fighting). The event was lauded as being one of the best showcases of Karate by all in attendance. Shihan Trevor Fredericks praised all students for their hard work and dedication.
